Kerem Ucok

Kerem began his career at Arthur Andersen, later serving as Vice President and CFO at Yapı Kredi Koray REIT, one of Türkiye’s leading real estate investment companies.

In 2005, he founded Logiturc, where he has since led the development and advisory of logistics and industrial real estate projects valued at over USD 750 million. He also advises multi-million-dollar investment funds on deploying capital into logistics and industrial real estate assets across Türkiye and regional markets.

Under his leadership, Logiturc has become one of Türkiye’s foremost platforms in logistics property investment, development, and asset management.

Tolga Capanoglu

Tolga oversees Finance and Asset Management, leading all financial planning, investment structuring, and asset performance activities across the firm’s portfolio. He plays a key role in identifying investment opportunities, developing tailor-made financial solutions to optimise returns and enhance portfolio value.

He began his career at Arthur Andersen, later serving as Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and Head of Risk Management at Bank Pozitif (Bank Hapoalim).

Throughout his career, he has led the financing and execution of projects exceeding USD 550 million, primarily across real estate and energy infrastructure assets.

Partner - Administrative Relations

Murat Sirmen

Murat oversees administrative and investor relations at Logiturc, managing engagement with public institutions, regulatory bodies, municipalities, and investment partners.

He plays a key role in aligning regulatory processes with investment objectives, ensuring smooth execution from land acquisition to project delivery.

He brings deep expertise in land law, zoning, and development, having served as General Secretary of Kocaeli Municipality. He is also a co-founder and former Chairman of İZAYDAŞ, Türkiye’s first integrated environmental management company, and İZGAZ, the country’s third city gas distribution company.

Manager - Infrastructure Investment

Canberk Sirmen

Canberk oversees infrastructure and logistics investments at Logiturc, managing project evaluation, financial modelling, investment execution, and business expansion into new markets across Europe and the Middle East. His work focuses on identifying and structuring opportunities in industrial land development, energy-linked assets, and logistics infrastructure.

He also serves as a Political Advisor to a Member of the UK House of Lords and advises Majlis Energy, a Riyadh-based energy advisory firm, on energy investment strategy and partnerships.

Previously, he worked in PwC’s M&A team in Milan and holds a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.
